Terms of Service
Please understand that I do have a job. So during days off, I will try my best to work on commissions as efficiently as I can. I understand you're excited for your art piece, as I am excited to work on it; but I am a human being and need time.

1. I have the RIGHT to decline a commission for any reason. (EX. full queue, complicated characters, etc.)2. I require payment first before starting on your commission. I can do 50%-50% payments for commissions over $50. However, I will only go as far as showing a sketch for approval. Afterwards, the rest of the payment must be sent through for the completed drawing.
- For payments $50+ I will send an invoice for better protection for me and the client. This is non negotiable.3. Please DON’T assign due dates on your commission unless it’s for an occasion (Birthday, Holiday, Project Deadline, etc.)
- I need at least a month’s notice of the deadline. I can’t do a commission in a day or week.4. Please provide image references of characters, poses, and any other details I may need to know for your commission.
- I cannot work with just a written description. I need something to work off from.5. After your commission is finished and sent through, you have 3 DAYS to notify me of any changes or mistakes that need to be fixed.
- Only MINOR fixes can be made (changing certain colours, adding small details, formatting, etc)
- Changing things like hair/pose/outfit will require an additional charge.6. I have a Trello that lists all current commissions I’m working on, and is updated regularly. So keep an eye on that if you’re curious as to where your commission is at.7. Only the commissioner is allowed to use their paid artwork for personal use (icon, banner, background, etc).
- Commercial use is available after further discussing the details.8. Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstance, to use their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens or AI work.
- You will be blacklisted from commissioning me if done so.9. Use of my artwork for (whether it be commissioned, fanart, personal, etc.) for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, AI projects is strictly PROHIBITIED.10. 100% REFUNDS will be issued if I feel I cannot do your commission under the circumstance that I have not started. Aside from that, refunds are as followed:
- Standard 50% of what you paid for if just the SKETCH was done.
- Partial refund will be given depending how far I’ve gotten. I’ll then send you the work I’ve done so far.
- You are more than willing to have another artist finish whatever progress I sent you, as long as I am given some form of credit.
